A Spell for General Protection

To protect yourself, another person, animal, or any item:
Visualize the protectee in your head if they are not before you, otherwise look at him/her/it.

Draw a barrier of energy around the person (or yourself) in a square on the ground. Allow the energy to build up while chanting. The energy will rise from the ground higher and higher until it has completely covered the protectee with white, pulsing light. Have the four corners of the square join at the top and bottom, forming a diamond around the protectee (or yourself).

Wind round
Safely bound
Sky to ground
Locked tight

Repeat for yourself whenever you feel insecure, for objects whenever they have been out of your possession and for your loved ones whenever you feel they need it.
